Call To Order/Roll Call Deputy City Clerk Cheryl Scott called roll. Present 3 - Regular Member Daniel Alire, Regular Member Kimberly Madson, and Rick A. Teter 2. Citizen Communication There were no members from the audience to address the Licensing Authority. 3. Show Cause Hearing: Pres 14-752 Cheddar, Please! Entertainment "LLC" dba Hard Times 6771 E. 80TH Avenue Commerce City, CO 80022 Authority members found that because there is probable cause to believe a violation of the applicable liquor laws has occurred Authority members Teter and Alire moved and seconded to schedule a show cause hearing for June 3, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. for Cheddar, Please! Entertainment “LLC” dba Hard Times located at 6771 E. 80th Avenue. Unanimous all present affirmed. 4. New Business Pres 14-753 Training for newly appointed members Deputy City Attorney Karen Stevens provided the newly appointed Liquor Licensing Authority members with training. Chairperson Kim Madson announced that she would be stepping down from the Liquor Licensing Authority and her position as chairperson due to moving out of Commerce City. 5.
