Approval of Minutes Min 14-165 Liquor License Authority Minutes for May 6, 2014 Authority Members Teter and Alire moved and seconded that the minutes of May 6, 2014 be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Citizen Communication There were no citizens in the audience to address the Liquor Authority. 4. Show Cause Hearing Pres 14-796 Show Cause Order Tap A Keg Liquors dba Tap A Keg Liquors Young Mi Kim, President 7002 Highway 2 Commerce City, CO 80022 Because there is probable cause to believe a violation of the applicable liquor laws has occurred, Authority Members Alire and Teter moved and seconded to serve Tap A Keg Liquors dba Tap A keg Liquors located at 7002 Highway 2 with an Order to Show Cause with the hearing date set to July 8, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Pres 14-752 Cheddar, Please! Entertainment "LLC" dba Hard Times 6771 E. 80TH Avenue Commerce City, CO 80022 Chairperson Kim Madson stated that the next item on the agenda is a public hearing on the show cause order issued against Cheddar, Please! Entertainment “LLC” dba Hard Times. Chairperson Madson asked if Assistant City Attorney Greg Graham was ready to present his case. Mr. Graham asked for a continuance until July 8, 2014 since all of his witnesses were not available to testify at this date. Chairperson Madson and Authority Member Teter moved and seconded to move the Commerce City Page 1 Liquor License Authority Meeting Minutes - Final June 3, 2014 July 1, 2014 meeting to July 8, 2014 and approve the continuance of the show cause hearing for Cheddar, Please! Entertainment “LLC” dba Hard Times to that date. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 5. Other Business Authority Members Teter and Hamby moved and seconded to appoint Authority Member Daniel Alire to the Vice Chair positions. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 6.
