Public Hearing: Pres 14-889 New Liquor Licnese Application Hotel & Restaurant License for Stellato's Grocery and Deli, Inc. dba Stellato's Grocery and Deli 1550 E. 103rd Place, Unit 112 Commerce City, CO 80022 Vice Chair Alire opened the public hearing. Entering their appearance: Anthony Stellato, on behalf of the applicant Attorney Jim Beimford, on behalf of the applicant. Attorney Beimford offered testimony on behalf of the applicant. He outlined Mr. Stellato's experience in the food and beverage industry. Mr. Stellato was sworn in and testified that he opened as a small grocery store and expanded to a restaurant and full kitchen. He would like to add alcohol service to the restaurant. In response to questions from the authority, Mr. Stellato stated that city staff had measured the distance between his restaurant and the neighboring school and he is outside the 500' buffer. Public Comment: Commerce City Page 1 Liquor License Authority Meeting Minutes - Final August 12, 2014 Debra Adair, 15346 E, 108th Ave., was sworn in and testified in support of the application. A motion was made by Authority Member Hamby, seconded by Authority Member Orth, to approve the application for a hotel and restaurant license submitted by Stellato's Grocery and Deli, Inc. dba Stellato's Grocery and Deli located at 15550 E. 103rd Place, Unit 112.
