Liquor License Authority Meeting Minutes - Final October 18, 2017
Hearing Officer Ablao made the following findings:
Based on the evidence, the adult inhabitants of the neighborhood desire the issuance
of the license and the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood for this type of
license are not being met.
The publication, as well as the affidavit of posting, gave the public notice of this
hearing.
The number, type and availability of liquor outlets located in, or near, the neighborhood
do not preclude the issuance of this license.
The applicant is qualified to conduct the type of business proposed and the statutory
requirements have been met.
The license is granted with the following conditions:
Satisfactory inspection of the premises by the police department to ensure the
diagram, submitted with the application, is accurate.
