Call To Order Hearing Officer Ablao called to order the Liquor Licensing Authority Meeting. 2. Public Hearings Pres 18-290 Renewal Hearing for the Tavern License for KNL Corp dba Halftime located at 6051 Quebec St Hearing Officer Ablao opened the public hearing. Appearing: Ka Yang, owner/officer KNL Corp, on behalf of the applicant Senior Assistant City Attorney Rachel Allen, on behalf of the city Licensing Coordinator Tiffany McGraw, on behalf of the city Hearing Officer Ablao addressed a typographical error on the renewal hearing notice. Attorney Allen made opening comments, addressing the city's concerns of possession and hidden ownership. Ka Yang made opening comments, addressing her efforts to submit documentation. Tiffany McGraw was sworn in and answered questions regarding her daily job functions, the file for Half Time Sports Bar and the city's concerns. Ka Yang made sworn testimony about all documents, ownership, lease information and changes in corporate structure. Attorney Allen reiterated liquor law and city code, asking for the correct lease documents to be submitted by Monday May 21, 2018 at 12:00PM. Hearing Officer Ablao made the following findings: renewal is conditionally approved upon submittal of a new lease agreement within two weeks with only KNL Corp as the leasee, providing a 2012 lease by Monday May 21, 2018, and remaining in compliance with all rules, regulations, ordinance and state statutes regarding the liquor license and notifying the city and state of any changes in corporate structure within 30 days of changes. 3.
