Approval of Minutes Min 18-88 Meeting Minutes of July 13, 2018 Hearing Officer Ablao approved the minutes of July 13, 2018 3. Public Hearings Pres 18-296 Transfer of Ownership Application for the Medical Marijuana Infused Products Manufacturer and Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturer Licenses to SR Colorado LLC dba Shift Refinery located at 9690 Dallas St Units I & J Appearing: Travis Howard, on behalf of the applicant Aaron Taffet, on behlf of the applicant Rachel Allen, on behalf of the city Attorney Allen requested that all owners be present for questioning pertaining to background applications and requested a continuance. Hearing Officer Ablao continued the hearing for Oct 8, 2018 at 1:30PM. 4. Other Business Pres 18-297 Request for extension of stipulated agreement terms for the retail marijuana infused products manufacturer license and medical marijuana infused products manufacturer license for Starbuds MIPS, LLC located at 9670 Dallas St Units 5&6 Appearing: Brian Ruden, on behalf of the applicant Rachel Allen, on behalf of the city Moeyyed Atieh, on behalf of the applicant Commerce City Page 1 Marijuana Licensing Authority Meeting Minutes - Final September 21, 2018 Ruden explained that the contractor hired to to the odor mitigation was serioiusly injured and unable to take the job and requested an extension of 30 days. Attorney Allen did not oppose an extension. Hearing Officer granted a 30 day extension, Oct 26, 2018. Atieh spoke to the suspension results and changes made since. Pres 18-298 Request for Extension of licensure conditions for the Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturer license and the Retail Cultivation license of Ty Webb Enterprises LLC located at 9792 Hanover Ct Appearing: Mark Prescott, on behalf of the applicant Rachel Allen, on behalf of the city Mr. Prescott explained all of the work that had been done. He stated some issues and delays with the power and water departments. He stated that the building permit will be ready soon. Attorney Allen questioned Mr. Prescott about his building timeline and reminded him of municipal code referencing deadlines. Hearing Officer Ablao ordered a 6 month extension, April 19, 2019. 5.
