Call To Order Hearing Officer Ablao called the Marijuana Licensing Authority Meeting to order at 11:15AM. 2. Other Business Pres 18-476 Request For an Extension of Licensing Conditions of the Retail Marijuana Store, C3D, dba Highline, located at 5846 Dahlia St Hearing Officer Ablao opened the public hearing. Appearances: Robert Sheesley, on behalf of the city David Rodman, Registration #46389, on behalf of the applicant David Soucie, on behalf of the applicant Justin Roeglin, on behalf of the applicant Troy Graham, on behalf of the applicant Hearing Officer Ablao allowed Rodman to review the city's memo regarding the timeline and city's position. Attorney Rodman made opening comments supporting his client's progress and ability to finish in a timely manner. Hearing Officer Ablao admitted an e-mailed photo as exhibit 1. Mr. Soucie explained current construction, recent progress and future construction plans, as well as monetary investments. He anticipated a C.O. issuance date of April 19. Mr. Graham talked about the sewer line and the parking with Metro PCS. Attorney Sheesley asked about delays between conditional approval and present date. Mr. Soucie explained the delays. Sheesley stated the city is not opposed to granting an extension until Feb 28. He refrenced city code allowing the city to elect not to renew if a C.O. has not been obtained within 2 years of license application. Hearing Officer Ablao determined that significant progress and investment has been made. She scheduled another hearing by Feb 28 and requested a written legal position.
