Call To Order The Hearing Officer called the meeting to order. 2. Approval of Minutes Min 20-162 Meeting Minutes for Aug 17, 2020 The Hearing Officer approved the minutes 3. Public Hearings Pres 20-359 New Application for the Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturer License for Mile High Dabs LLC located at 9670 Dallas St Unit 2 Appearances: Eiran Feldman-on behalf of the applicant Brian Swann #51394-on behalf of the City Justin Johnson #41861-on behalf of the applicant Eva Garretson-petitioner Gunner Scott-on behalf of the applicant Chris Davis-on behalf of the applicant The Hearing Officer opened the public hearing. Garretson remotely testified to the petition results, overall feedback from the neighborhood and conditions of the area petitioned. Feldman testified to his industry experience, background, other licenses held, his absent criminal history, his moral character. He addressed a stipulated agreement concerning the previous licensee at the business address, as well as the neighborhood conditions, his efforts to maintain compliance, and security measures to be taken. Swann asked Feldman more about his industry experience and advisory help in the industry, as well as his familiarity with the City Code, regarding marijuana. Johnson asked Feldman about his knowledge on the City Code and closing conditions. Davis testified to his role in the business as manager, education, professional background, business history, products to be sold, processing methods and an overview of the licensed premise, and employee and employment standards. Commerce City Page 1 Marijuana Licensing Authority Meeting Minutes - Final October 19, 2020 The Hearing Officer asked Davis about security measures and the diagram and ongoing training and discipline of employees, the status of the extraction permit, odor mitigation and emergency plans. Feldman testified to the issuance of an extraction permit submittal. The Hearing Officer closed the public hearing. Johnson made closing statements. Swann made closing statements. The Hearing Officer made closing statements and approved the license application on the conditions (1) extraction permit issuance, (2) proof of premise possession following closing (3) Kevin Vlack nor 9670 B Dallas St LLC shall have no interest, ownership or involvement in the business. 4.
