A motion was made by Board member McEldowney, seconded by Vice-Chairman Bullock to excuse Board member Elliott from this meeting. VOTE: 8 aye, 1 absent (Elliott) Present: 8 - Jim Benson, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Jadie Carson, Jason McEldowney, Andrew Amador and René Bullock Excused: 1 - Crystal Elliott 2. Public Hearings Res NIGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2015 BUDGET AND 2014-03 CERTIFICATION OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (NIGID) Chairman Ford opened the public hearing on the 2015 budget. Interim Finance Director Sheryl Carstens provided a recap of the general improvement district budget. The total revenues are anticipted to be approximately $5.2 million. No one from the public appeared before the board to talk about the budget. A motion was made by Vice Chair Bullock, seconded by Board Member Douglas, that this resolution be continued. VOTE: Aye: 8- Board Member Benson, Board Member Teter, Chair Ford, Board Member Douglas, Board Member Carson, Board Member McEldowney, Board Member Amador and Vice Chair Bullock Excused: 1- Board Member Elliott 3.
