Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City Northern Infrastructure General Improvement District was called to order by Chairman Ford on November 17, 2014, at 9:11 PM. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Jim Benson, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Jadie Carson, Jason McEldowney, Andrew Amador and René Bullock 2. Public Hearings Ord NIGID 155 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS INTO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Planner Jenny Axmacher presented the inclusion petitions to the board. The property includes a gas station, car wash and bar. No one appeared to object and show cause as to why the petitions should not be accepted. A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice-Chair Bullock, that this ordinance be introduced by the board and approved on first reading. This site was recently annexed into Commerce City. No one appeared before the board to object and show cause why the petition should not be granted and the Chairman closed the public hearing.
