A motion was made by Vice Chairman Bullock, seconded by Board Member Amador, to excuse Board Member Carson from tonight's meeting. Approval of Minutes Min NIGID NIGID Meeting minutes of June 15, 2015 2015-08 A motion was made by Board Member Amador, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, to allow Board member McEldowney to abstain from voting on the minutes from June 15, 2015, because of his excused absence. Finance Director Sheryl Carstens appeared before the board to present the proposed 2016 budget. Anticipated revenues and expenditures are $6.3 million and the mill levy is set at 27 mills. No one appeared to address the board on the proposed budget. A motion was made by Board Member Benson, seconded by Board Member McEldowney, that the public hearing on the resolution be continued to November 2, 2015.
