Call To Order/Roll Call Chairman Ford called the meeting to order at 7:28 p.m. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Rick A. Teter, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Benjamin Huseman, Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Jose Guardiola and Steve Davis 2. Public Hearings Res NIGID RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2019 BUDGET AND CERTIFICATION 2018-01 OF THE MILL LEVY FOR THE COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (NIGID) Mayor Ford opened the public hearing. Finance Director Sheryl Carstens presented on the key considerations for amending the mill levy rates requested by Council Member Huseman. Ms. Carstens highlighted options the board could take on the board's debt obligations and the impact of those options. Mayor Ford closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Board Member Huseman, seconded by Board Member Guardiola, that this resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3.
