Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 9:49 PM. Present: 9 - Board Member Benjamin Huseman, Board Member Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes and Robyn Smith 2. Public Hearings Ord NIGID 177 AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING CERTAIN LANDS DESCRIBED GENERALLY AS 10550 BRIGHTON ROAD, HENDERSON, CO INTO THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AT THE REQUEST OF DAN SHELDON Chair Huseman open the public hearing. No public testimony was received. Chair Huseman closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Board Member Frank, seconded by Board Member Grimes, that this ordinance be introduced and approved on first reading.
