A motion was made by Council Member Allen-Thomas, seconded by Council Member Hurst, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 1 - Excused (Frank) Present: 8 - Board Member Benjamin Huseman, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes and Robyn Smith Excused: 1 - Board Member Nicole Frank 2. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Board Member Allen-Thomas, seconded by Board Member Hurst, that the minutes be adopted. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. No public testimony was given. Chair Huseman closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Board Member Hurst, seconded by Board Member Grimes, that this resolution be approved.
