Call To Order/Roll Call/Pledge of Allegiance - 6:00 PM Members Present: (10) Meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Co-Chair Collins Members Present: DeLilah Collins, Charles Dukes, Bob Grandinetti, Desiree Martinelli, Shawn McDowell, Michael Stegman, Rocky Teter, Paul Welander and Karl Zimmermann. Absent: Oz Flores and Josh Houde Staff Present: Chad Redin, Kathy LeVeque, Paul Hebinck, Tim Duda, Pam Young and Maria Jepson Guests: None The pledge of allegiance was recited. 2. Public Comment - None 3. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Member Teter, seconded by Member Dukes to approve the January 21, 2025 minutes. VOTE: Motion Passed Min 25-049 Minutes of January 21, 2025 Meeting Attachments: Minutes 4. Unfinished Business 25-108 Swag Purchases for 2025 Events and Replenishment - Tim Duda Recreation Manager Duda shared information on the additional items that were requested for review at the last meeting. The group discussed the various options and made final selections to be ordered. 5. New Business Commerce City Page 1 Parks, Recreation, and Golf Meeting Minutes - Final February 18, 2025 Advisory Committee 25-109 Co-Chair Elections - Chad Redin Director Redin indicated that new co-chairs were needed for 2025 and requested nominations from the members. A motion was made by Member Welander to select Desiree Martinelli as a co-chair, seconded by Member Teter. VOTE: Motion Passed. A motion was made by Member Dukes to select DeLilah Collins as a co-chair, seconded by Member McDowell. VOTE: Motion Passed 25-110 Update on Park Policies City Council Discussion - Kathy LeVeque Deputy Director LeVeque reviewed information regarding the park policies discussion that was held with City Council in January. The committee requested that an update be provided at a future PRGAC meeting this year once more is known regarding any action taken by the City Council on these policies. 25-111 Workplan Background - Kathy LeVeque Deputy Director LeVeque shared a presentation on the development and timeline used when creating the workplan annually, including how additions and changes are made to the items that are outlined. 25-112 Update on Doing Business via Email - Chad Redin Director Redin provided information on what he learned from the City Clerk for the questions that arose at the January meeting. 6. Consideration of New Topics and Potential Future Agenda Items No new topics requested 7. Community Engagement Updates & General Discussion Items No updates made 8. Council Member Reports & Information Council Members Dukes and Teter shared updates on some of the current and future council items being discussed or reviewed. 9.
