Pledge of Allegience Roll Call Commisioner Anderson and Yost were excused. Present 5 - Chair Jonathan Popiel, Vice Chair Andrew Amador, Commissioner Dennis Cammack, Commissioner L. Warren Jones, and Alternate Commissioner Jordan Ingram Approval of Minutes: Min 19-145 September 3, 2019 Minutes Attachments: 9_September 3, 2019 Draft Minutes were entered and approved. Aye: 3- Vice Chair Amador, Commissioner Cammack and Commissioner Jones Abstained: 2- Chair Popiel and Alternate Commissioner Ingram Case(s): Pres 19-506 Z-958-19 Attachments: 1. Staff Report 2. CommerceCityStampBrochureFINAL12-12-13 Attorney Matt Hader introduced the cases: Z-958-19, V-90-19, and S-748-19, noted that the files contained the relevant information, and introduced staff presenting the case. Planning Manager Steve Timms presented the cases. DRT believes the application meets the criteria and is reccommending approval with conditions. The applicant, Steven Mumblo, was provided an opportunity to speak. The applicant introduced himself and was available for questions. Applicant stated the closest school is roughly 13-16 minutes away. Seeing none, Chairman Popiel opened the public comments. Citizen Marianne Castinita, residing at 6850 Colorado Blvd, asked which areas the rezoning would effect. It was clarified that the few parcels on the lot that were not already public will be made into a public zone. Seeing no more comments, Chairman closed public comments. Adjournment Regular PC cases concluded at about 6:32 and board moved to 2108 for study session item.
