Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. Present: Laurel Eller, Billy Gurr, Catherine Brady, Tonia Lopez, Ingrid Barnett, Revisha Martinez Absent: Sheryl Carstens 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 02/23/2021 Attachments: Minutes 3. Regular Business 2021 Grant Cycle Board members reviewed and discussed all grant applications. Total amount allocated for grant awards was $140,000.00. The total requested was $235,460.00. After deliberation, member Eller moved to approve grant awards as discussed. Member Lopez seconded. Motion was passed. 4. Other Golf Tournament Commerce City Parks and Recreation will be hosting a golf tournament in memory of fallen officer Curt Holland and reached out to the board for a potential partnership. Member Eller motioned to approve golf tournament partnership as discussed assuming all details work-out in the best interest of all parties. Member Lopez seconded. Motion was approved. Staff explained that the next step would be to amend articles of incorporation. Board was supprotive of staff pursuing this effort. City staff can no longer use Google for e-mail and storage of documents. City staff will be working on transferring all documents to a Microsoft office platform. City staff will be asked to come in at the May meeting for a brief training. 5. Announcements & Upcoming Dates Board chair Eller announced that members Prather and Sawaged have resigned.
