Call to Order Chair Larson called the meeting to order at 8:37 a.m. Present 6 - Board Member Braden Hellewell, Board Member Melinda Larson, Board Member Theresa Wilson, Board Member Stephanie Levi, Board Member Kayla Burby, and Board Member Sarai Thomas Absent 1 - Board Member Laurel Eller 2. Approval of Minutes Min 23-297 Minutes of the Oct. 24, 2023 Meeting Chair Larson made a motion to approve the minutes of the Oct. 24, 2023 meeting. Board member Levi seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 3. Ice Breaker Activity The Board participated in an Ice Breaker Activity. 4. Elections Board member Burby nominated Board member Larson to serve as Chair of QCF for 2024. Board member Larson accepted the nomination. Board member Burby made a motion to approve Board member Larson as Chair of QCF for 2024. Board member Levi seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. Board member Wilson nominated Board member Hellewell to serve as Vice Chair of QCF for 2024. Board member Hellewell accepted the nomination. Board member Wilson made a motion to approve Board member Hellewell as Vice Chair of QCF for 2024. The motion was seconded and approved unanimously. 5. 2023 Goal Review & 2024 Goal Setting The Board discussed the 2023 goals and developed 2024 goals. Treasurer's Report & Discussion Board member Wilson provided a brief report and shared that the January report will have more detail. 7. 2024 Calendar Review Chair Larson made a motion to approve the 2024 calendar to add the 2024 Nonprofit Grant Q&A presentations on Feb. 1 and Feb. 8. Vice Chair Hellewell seconded the motion which was approved unanimously. 8. 2024 Fundraisers: A. Curt Holland Memorial Golf Tournament B. Prom The Board discussed the 2024 Curt Holland Memorial Golf Tournament. 9. New Business None. 10. Other Business None. 11.
