Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order at 3:08 p.m. Present: Bruce Reilly, Councilwoman Susan Noble, George Maxey, Carol Boyd, Carole Harvell, Carli Plummer, Tina Ledesma, Myrna Ferguson Absent: Jennie Loveridge, Tillie Villareal, Councilwoman Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Mary K Natho, Gabriela Adeshewo 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes 11/12/2020 Attachments: Minutes Motion to approve minutes with the edit to correct Myrna Ferguson's name by commissioner Boyd. Seconded by commissioner Plummer. Motion unanimously approved. 3. New Business Council agenda topics of interest - Councilwoman Noble updated the commission on agenda topics taking place in city council's regular meetings and study sessions. Update on COVID-19 grants - Carolyn Keith, director of Parks and Rec and Jodi Hardee manager of Community Relations gave an update on the covid-19 grants and the senior assistance programs. 4.
