Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting was called to order at 3:03 p.m. Present: Carole Harvell, Tina Ledesma, Carol Boyd, Councilmember Pro-Tem Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Councilmember Susan Noble, Mary K Natho, Carli Plummer, Tillie Villareal, Jennie Loveridge, George Maxey Absent: Gabriela Adeshewo 2. Approval of Minutes Motion to approve meeting minutes by commissioner Ledesma. Seconded by commissioner Natho. Motion was approved. Min 22-15 Meeting Minutes of December 9, 2021 Attachments: 12/09/21 3. New Business - Commissioners had an opportunity to meet City Manager, Roger Tinklenberg and hear about the city's goals. Commissioners also had an opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns. - Dylan Gibson from the City Clerk's office presented on the city's redistricting process. 4. Other Business - Staff shared with the commissioner strategic plan updates. Members discussed next steps in order to execute set goals. Members Harvell, Boyd, Ledesma, Loveridge, Noble, Allen-Thomas will schedule a working meeting to outline a process for goal #2, ensuring adequate and safe housing for all seniors in Commerce City. Commissioner Plummer suggested a working meeting to identify date and location for proposed resource fair. Members Plummer, Ledesma, Natho, and Harvell will be meeting to discuss details. -Council Agenda Topics of Interest Councilmember Noble and councilmember pro-tem Allen-Thomas provided updates. 5.
