Call To Order - 3:00 PM Commissioner Boyd called the meeting to order at 3:11pm. Present 9 - Mayor Pro Tem Susan Noble, Commissioner Carol Taylor-Boyd, Commissioner Carole Harvell, Commissioner Mary Chan, Commissioner Mary Natho, Commissioner Tillie Villareal, Chair Carlita Plummer, Commissioner Tina Ledesma, and Ex Officio Tina Ledesma Absent 5 - Ex Officio Gabriela Adeshewo, Commissioner George Maxey, Commissioner Jennie Loveridge, Commissioner Myrna Ferguson, and Kristi Douglas 2. Guest Speaker: Tim Duda & Zach Venn - Parks, Recreation & Golf Tim Duda, PRG Recreation Manager for Commerce City, presented information on the new Active Adult Center at Bison Ridge Recreation Center. 3. Approval of Minutes Min 24-016 Minutes of the November 9, 2023 Meeting Attachments: Minutes A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor-Boyd, seconded by Commissioner Natho, that this Minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 4. Public Comment No members of the public signed up to speak. 5. Monthly Budget Discussion The members requested a budget breakdown for the next months meeting. 6. Boards and Commissions Jordan Roberts, Deputy City Clerk, spoke about the City's boards and commissions program. The commission requested Jordan to be present at next month's meeting. Senior Commission Events: The commission discussed this years Senior Resource Fair and an upcoming Lunch & Learn. 8. New Business The commission requested that the staff liaison track member participation for this years meetings. 9. Old Business 10. City Council Updates Council Member Noble did not provide an update on city council. 11. Adjourn - 5:00 PM This meeting was adjourned at 5:05pm.
