Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Chairman Ford on April 7, 2014, at 11:48 PM. Approval of Minutes Min URA Meeting Minutes of March 3, 2014 2014-05 A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chair Bullock, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. Min URA Meeting Minutes of February 10, 2014 2014-06 A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chair Bullock, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Executive Session 14-17 An executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to the preparation of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the Mile High Greyhound Park MHGP) A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Vice Chair Bullock, that the executive session be held pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to the preparation of the memorandum of understanding for the Mile High Greyhound Park.
