Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Commerce City Urban Renewal Authority was called to order by Chairman Ford on October 13, 2014, at 9:40 PM. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Jim Benson, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Rick A. Teter, Andrew Amador, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock and Jadie Carson 2. Executive Session 14-53 Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of developing strategy for negotiations and instructing negotiators concerning the Mile High Greyhound Park Master Development Agreement A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Douglas, that an executive session, pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of developing strategy for negotiations and instructing negotiators regarding the Mile High Greyhound Pak Master Development Agreement, be entered VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3.
