Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the City of Commerce City Urban Renewal Authority was called to order by Chairman Ford on February 23, 2015, at 9:45 PM. Present: 9 - Crystal Elliott, Jim Benson, Sean Ford , Steven J. Douglas, Rick A. Teter, Andrew Amador, Jason McEldowney, René Bullock and Jadie Carson 2. Approval of Minutes Min URA URA Meeting Minutes of October 13, 2014 2015-03 A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Benson, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. Min URA URA Meeting Minutes of December 1, 2014 2015-04 A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Benson, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Unanimous, all present affirmed. 3. Executive Session 15-01 Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of developing strategy for negotiations and instructing negotiators concerning the Mile High Greyhound Park Master Development Agreement A motion was made by Board Member McEldowney, seconded by Board Member Benson, to enter into an executive session, pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of ideveloping strategy for negotiations and instructing negotiators concerning the Mile High Greyhound Park Master Development Agreement.
