Call To Order/Roll Call Chairman Ford called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Frank, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to excuse Commissioners Fairfield, Huseman, and Tedesco from the meeting. Vote: 9 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Huseman, Tedesco) Commissioner Tedesco came in at 6:16 p.m. Present: 10 - Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Oscar Madera, Nicole Frank, Steve Davis, Steven J. Douglas, Craig Hurst, Jose Guardiola, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Harvest Thomas Excused: 2 - Benjamin Huseman and Alex Fairfield 2. Presentations Pres 19-409 Mile High Greyhound Park Status Update Deputy City Manager Roger Tinklenberg gave an update on the Mile High Greyhound Park. A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to allow Chairman Ford to sign an amendment to the purchase and sale agreement to extend the deadline for the buyer to complete the design guidelines to October 28, 2019.
