Call To Order/Roll Call Chairman Ford called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made by Commissioner Frank, seconded by Commissioner Huseman, to excuse Commissioners Davis, Fairfield, and Hurst from the meeting. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Davis, Fairfield, Hurst) Present: 9 - Sean Ford , Rick A. Teter, Oscar Madera, Nicole Frank, Steven J. Douglas, Benjamin Huseman, Jose Guardiola, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Harvest Thomas Excused: 3 - Steve Davis, Craig Hurst and Alex Fairfield 2. Presentations Pres 19-535 Status Update On The Mile High Greyhound Park Design Standards Roger Tinklenberg, Deputy City Manager, and Jenna Lowery, Management Analyst, provided a status update on the Mile High Greyhound Park design standards to the Authority. Ms. Lowery provided options for the Authority to take on the design guidelines. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Frank, to authorize the extension of the deadline to finalize the design guidelines as part of the amended purchase and sale agreement to November 4, 2019. VOTE: 7 - Aye, 2 - Nay (Huseman, Thomas), 3 - Excused (Davis, Fairfield, Hurst) 3. Resolutions Res URA RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2019 BUDGET OF THE URBAN 2019-04 RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Vice Chair Teter, that this resolution be approved. Public Hearings Res URA RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2020 BUDGET FOR THE URBAN 2019-01 RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO Chairman Ford opened the public hearing. Commissioner Thomas stated they did not receive a packet and were not able to review the proposed 2020 budget. A motion was made by Commissioner Huseman, seconded by Commissioner Madera, that this public hearing be continued to November 4, 2019.
