Presentations Commerce City Page 1 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes November 4, 2019 Pres 19-541 Approval of the Mile High Greyhound Park Design Standards Jenna Lowery, Management Analyst, provided a status update on the design standards and guidelines as submitted by Delwest. Ms. Lowery outlined the possible options the Authority had to act on the design standards. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconed by Commissioner Davis, to approve the Mile High Greyhound Park design standards and guidelines as presented. VOTE: 11 - Aye, 1 - Excused (Fairfield) 4. Public Hearings Res URA RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2020 BUDGET FOR THE URBAN 2019-01 RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO Chair Ford reopened the continued public hearing. No public comment was made. Chair Ford closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, that this resolution be approved.
