Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. A motion was made by Vice Chair Frank, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to excuse Commissioners Fairfield and Lewis from the meeting. Approval of Minutes Min URA 20-01 Minutes of November 4, 2019 A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Vice Chair Frank, that the minutes be approved. Presentations Pres 20-22 Background Presentation on the Mile High Greyhound Park Redevelopment Project Jenna Lowery, Management Analyst, provided an overview of the Mile High Greyhound Park project. Ms. Lowery gave a brief overview of the site history, a summary the 2019 agreements with master developer Delwest, the proposed site layout, and next steps the board could take on the project. Resolutions Res URA RESOLUTION APPROVING INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT 2020-01 BETWEEN THE COMMERCE CITY NORTHERN INFRASTRUCTURE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY RELATING TO WATER RESOURCES FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF THE MILE HIGH GREYHOUND PARK Jenna Lowery, Management Analyst, presented a brief summary of the resolution. Ms. Lowery highlighted the proposed intergovernmental agreement obligations for all parties involved in the agreement, the estimated water resources needed for the Mile High Greyhound Park project, and the possible actions the board could take on the resolution. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Grimes, that this resolution be approved. Ms. Lowery highlighted the existing loan structure from the City of Commerce City to the Urban Renewal Authority and the changes proposed in the amended loan structure. A motion was made by Vice Chair Frank, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, that this resolution be approved.
