Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the Urban Renewal Authority meeting to order at 6:00 PM. A motion was made by Commissioner Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 4 - Excused (Buche, Fairfield, Lewis, Tedesco) Present: 11 - Commissioner Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes, Robyn Smith, Ramona Lewis and Peter Buche Excused: 2 - Alex Fairfield and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco 2. Approval of Minutes Min URA 21-03 Minutes of November 2, 2020 A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Allen-Thomas, that the minutes be approved. VOICE VOTE: Aye: 9- Commissioner Huseman, Vice Chair Frank, Commissioner Madera, Commissioner Allen-Thomas, Commissioner Noble, Commissioner Guardiola, Commissioner Hurst, Commissioner Grimes and Commissioner Smith Excused: 4- Commissioner Fairfield, Commissioner Tedesco, Commissioner Lewis and Commissioner Buche 3. Executive Session Commissioners Lewis and Buche joined the meeting at 6:10 PM. Commissioner Buche joined the executive session directly. A motion was made by Commissioner Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to enter into an Executive Session pursuant C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a and b) to discuss the sale of real property and to consider negotiating positions for Parcels A and B.
