Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the Urban Renewal Authority meeting to order at 6:00 PM. A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Commissioner Allen-Thomas, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 10 - Aye, 1 - Nay (Guardiola), 4 - Excused (Buche, Fairfield, Frank, Tedesco) Present: 9 - Commissioner Benjamin Huseman, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes, Robyn Smith and Ramona Lewis Excused: 4 - Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Alex Fairfield, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Peter Buche 2. Presentations Pres 21-194 Derby Entryway Signage Design Review Jenna Lowery, management analyst, presented on updates on signage for the Derby Area renewal district. Pres 21-213 Derby Area Solar Lighting Feasibility Discussion Jenna Lowery, management analyst, presented on updates on lighting improvements in the Derby Area renewal district. 3.
