Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the Urban Renewal Authority meeting to order at 6:03 PM. A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Commissioner Guardiola, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 10 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Frank, Tedesco) Present: 10 - Commissioner Benjamin Huseman, Oscar Madera, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Jose Guardiola, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes, Robyn Smith, Ramona Lewis and Peter Buche Excused: 3 - Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Alex Fairfield and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco 2. Presentations Pres 21-298 Mile High Greyhound Park D-1 TIF Assignment Fee Waiver Proposal Jenna Lowery, management analyst, presented on the Mile High Greyhound Park development project and the TIF assignment. Caitlin Quander, Rick Wells, and Craig Fitchett with Dell West answered questions from the Board. A motion was made by Commissioner Noble, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to enter into an executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to negations and to instruct negotiators on this matter. A motion was made by Commissioner Noble, seconded by Commissioner Madera, to approve the solicitation process as presented. VOTE: 10 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Frank, Tedesco) 3. Administrative Business 21-85 Ratification of Mile High Greyhound Park PUD Amendment No. 1 Application A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Guardiola, to ratify the executive director's signature on the PUD amendment application.
