Call To Order/Roll Call Chair Huseman called the Urban Renewal Authority meeting to order at 6:01 PM. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Grimes, to excuse members not present. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 5 - Excused (Frank, Allen-Thomas, Guardiola, Fairfield, Tedesco) Commissioner Tedesco arrived at 6:40 PM. Present: 8 - Commissioner Benjamin Huseman, Oscar Madera, Susan Noble, Craig Hurst, Meghan Grimes, Robyn Smith, Ramona Lewis and Peter Buche Excused: 5 - Vice Chair Nicole Frank, Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Jose Guardiola, Alex Fairfield and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco 2. Executive Session 21-103 An executive session of the Board and its staff and consultants pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e) for the purpose of discussing the potential sale of property for hotel development at the Mile High Greyhound Park and determining positions regarding such sale that may be subject to negotiations and instructing negotiators. A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to enter into executive session pursuant to CRS 24-6-402(4)(a) and (e) for the purpose of discussing the potential sale of property for hotel development at the Mile High Greyhound Park and determining positions regarding such sale that may be subject to negotiations and instructing negotiators.VOTE: Aye: 8- Commissioner Huseman, Commissioner Madera, Commissioner Noble, Commissioner Hurst, Commissioner Grimes, Commissioner Smith, Commissioner Lewis and Commissioner Buche Excused: 5- Vice Chair Frank, Commissioner Allen-Thomas, Commissioner Guardiola, Commissioner Fairfield and Commissioner Tedesco 3. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to authorize the executive director to negotiate and execute a letter of intent and purchase and sale agreement with PureStrike for development of a hotel at the Mile High Greyhound Park.
