Resolutions Res URA A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE 2022-08 CITY OF COMMERCE CITY AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING TAX INCREMENT REVENUE AGREEMENTS WITH TAXING ENTITIES REGARDING PROPERTY TAX INCREMENT UNDER THE SAND CREEK BUSINESS AREA URBAN RENEWAL PLAN Jason Rogers, Deputy City Manager - External Services, presented on the on the purpose and background of the Sand Creek Urban Renewal Area and TIF agreements. A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, that this URA resolution be approved.
