1. Call To Order/Roll Call
Chair Huseman called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas,
to excuse members not present. VOTE: 9 - Aye, 4 - Excused (Buche, Fairfield,
Grimes, Tedesco)
Present: 9 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar
Madera, Sean Ford , Susan Noble, Kristi Douglas, Craig Hurst, Rick Davis
and Ramona Lewis
Excused: 4 - Meghan Grimes, Alex Fairfield, Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Peter Buche
2. Resolution
Res URA A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE
2022-12 CITY OF COMMERCE CITY AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN
AMENDED & RESTATED OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES
AGREEMENT
A motion was made by Commissioner Hurst, seconded by Commissioner
Allen-Thomas, that this resolution be approved. VOTE:
Aye: 6- Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, Commissioner Madera, Commissioner Ford,
Commissioner Hurst, Commissioner Davis and Commissioner Lewis
Nay: 3- Chair Huseman, Commissioner Noble and Commissioner Douglas
Excused: 4- Commissioner Grimes, Commissioner Fairfield, Commissioner Tedesco
and Commissioner Buche
