A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Board Member Grimes, to excuse those members not present. VOTE: 10 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Hurst, Tedesco) Present: 9 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar Madera, Sean Ford , Susan Noble, Kristi Douglas, Rick Davis, Ramona Lewis and Peter Buche Excused: 3 - Craig Hurst, Alex Fairfield and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco 2. Approval of Minutes A motion was made by Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Meghan Grimes, that the minutes be approved. Resolutions A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2022 BUDGET OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION Wendi Nafziger, Business Development Manager, provided the presentation. A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Commissioner Noble, that this resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: 10 - Aye, 3 - Excused Commerce City Page 1 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes - Final April 18, 2022 (Fairfield, Hurst, Tedesco) A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING TAX INCREMENT REVENUE AGREEMENTS WITH TAXING ENTITIES REGARDING PROPERTY TAX INCREMENT UNDER THE SAND CREEK BUSINESS AREA URBAN RENEWAL PLAN A motion was made by Commissioner Grimes, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that this resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: 10 - Aye, 3 - Excused (Fairfield, Hurst, Tedesco) A RESOLUTION OF THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE SALE AND DEVELOPMENT OF AUTHORITY PROPERTY AT THE FORMER MILE HIGH GREYHOUND PARK FOR A HOTEL A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, that this resolution be approved.
