Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Urban Renewal Authority of the City of Commerce City was called to order by Chair Huseman on October 17, 2022, at 9:32 PM. A motion was made by Vice-Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to excuse those members not present. VOTE: 8 - Aye, 2 - Excused (Buche, Tedesco) Present: 8 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Oscar Madera, Sean Ford , Susan Noble, Kristi Douglas, Craig Hurst and Rick Davis Excused: 2 - Charles "Chaz" Tedesco and Peter Buche Times given are estimates only 2. Approval of Minutes Minutes of the October 10, 2022 Meeting A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Madera, that this URA Minutes be approved. VOTE: Aye: 8- Chair Huseman, Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, Commissioner Madera, Commissioner Ford, Commissioner Noble, Commissioner Douglas, Commissioner Hurst and Commissioner Davis Excused: 2- Commissioner Tedesco and Commissioner Buche 3. Public Hearings A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2023 BUDGET FOR THE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE CITY, COLORADO Chair Huseman opened the public hearing. A motion was made by Commissioner Madera, seconded by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, that this URA Resolution be continued to the November 7, 2022 Commerce City Page 1 Urban Renewal Authority Meeting Minutes - Final October 17, 2022 meeting. There will be an opportunity to testify live during the meeting via Zoom or in advance in advance via email or regular mail.
