Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the URA was called to order by Chair Huseman on November 6, 2023, at 7:47 PM. A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, to excuse those members not present. VOTE: 7 - Aye, 5 - Excused (Madera, Chacon, Tedesco, Machuga, Amador) Present: 8 - Chair Benjamin Huseman, Vice Chair Jennifer Allen-Thomas, Susan Noble, Craig Hurst, Craig Kim, Sean Ford , Kristi Douglas and Charles "Chaz" Tedesco Excused: 4 - Oscar Madera, Renee Millard-Chacon, James Amador and Craig Machuga 2. Approval of Minutes Min URA 23-14 Minutes of the October 16, 2023 Meeting A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, that the URA Minutes be approved. No in person speakers, and no written comments were received. Chair Huseman closed the public hearing. A motion was made by Vice Chair Allen-Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Hurst, that this URA Resolution be approved. VOICE VOTE: 7 - Aye, 5 - Excused (Madera, Chacon, Amador, Machuga, Tedesco) 4.
