Call To Order/Roll Call A regular meeting of the Veterans Commission of the City of Commerce City was called to order on April 18, 2023 at 6:02pm by Chair Reed. Present - Chair Reed, Vice Chair Nay, Commissioner Reed, Commissioner Watkins, Commissioner Hefty, Commissioner Lewis 2. Approval of Minutes Min 23-105 Minutes 20230321 Members unanimously approved the minutes of the March 21, 2023 meeting. 3. Memorial Day Parade Update Commissioners gave updates regarding the planning of the 2023 Memorial Day Parade Vice Chair Nay moved to support a table at the Parade, seconded by Commissioner Hefty - approved unanimously 4. 2023 Planning Commissioners discussed the creation and updating of a budget and tracking plan for events. 5.
