Call To Order/Roll Call Meeting called to order at 6:44 p.m. Present 8 - Commissioner Brianna Talmadge, Commissioner Carlos Rojas, Commissioner Jesus Vidana, Council Regular Jose Guardiola, Commissioner Jose Rodriguez, Commissioner Kyle Pham, Commissioner Michael Kelley, and Commissioner Stephani Struwe Excused 4 - Commissioner Diana Munoz, Commissioner Jahaira Bueno-Rodriguez, Council Regular Nicole Frank, and Commissioner René Bullock Absent 2 - Commissioner Andrea Jimenez, and Commissioner Jordan Robinette 2. Challenge Question Should the city support ballot measure 6A that would support an increase in funding for Anythink Libraries? 3. Approval of Minutes Minutes 09/19/2019 Attachments: Minutes Commissioners would like to note in last meeting minutes that Jasnoor Kaur and Emmanuel Zamora were absent but were not included on the list. 4. Regular Business Commissioners talked about last minute logistics for the CCYC, October 16. Commissioners will meet the night before for set-up and a practice rehearsal. Commissioners taking the PSAT will plan on being at the conference for the second part of the event. 5. Other Staff reported out that Jordan Robinette and Andrea Jimenez have scheduling conflicts and can no longer attend the Youth Commission meetings. Commissioner Kaur motioned to remove Jimenez and Robinette. Talmadge seconded. Motion was approved. 6. Announcements Commerce City Page 1 Youth Commission Meeting Minutes October 3, 2019 7.
