Call To Order Meeting was called to order at 6:34 p.m. Present: Michael Kelley, Megan Pham, LaCrea Dixon, Kyra Ann Dixon, Councilwoman Kristi Douglas, Kenia Prieto, Isabela Velasco-Zubia, Ingrid Barnett, Morgan Smith Absent: Keegan Jones, Aliyah Acevedo, Rene Bullock 2. Approval of Minutes Motion to approve meeting minutes by Commissioner Velasco-Zubia. Seconded by commissioner Kelley. Motion was unanimously approved. Meeting minutes of November 18, 2021 Attachments: 11/18/2021 3. New Business Team Building Commissioners agreed on which Escape Room to have their team building at. Staff will send out some possible dates. Commission Swag Staff provided example of the crew neck. Commissioners gave additional feedback. 4. Other Business White Elephant/Holiday Gathering December 16 at 6:30 p.m. at Bison Grille Commission Terms Staff reminded commissioners to renew their term when expired to remain a Youth Commissioner. The re-appointment process includes having to re-apply and based on criteria staff provides, City Council may or may not re-appoint returning members. Re-application process does not include having to go through an interview. 5.
