The Council approved an offer on August 18, 2022, which stipulated that closing should occur on or before November 9, 2022. They had a contingency that they needed to sell another parcel. They have it under contract to sell and based on that timing they need to extend the closing date to on or before December 9, 2022. I feel that it is a good offer, and I am recommending that we extend the closing time by one month. Feel free to call me or email me at bturner@cooke:viUe-.tn.org with any questions.
