B. Consider on second and final reading Ordinance #O25-07-11, the
rezoning of property located on Bill Smith Road (Tax Map 065, Parcel
020.00) from RS-20 (Single-Family Residential) to RS-10 (Single-
Family Residential). SPONSOR – JON WARD
6. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Consider awarding bid for uniforms, vest carrier system, MOLLE
carrier, body armor and badges – Police Department.
B. Consider approval to purchase (3) CID vehicles utilizing Statewide
Contract #209 – Police Department.
C. Consider awarding bids for annual and semi-annual paving, asphalt
mix, milling, mineral aggregate, striping and pavement markings,
concrete, pipe and tire recapping – Public Works Department.
D. Consider awarding bids for inventory items – Water Quality Control
Department.
7. NEW BUSINESS
A. Consider Resolution #R25-08-12, authorizing the City Manager to sign
a proposal with TDOT for the Buffalo Valley Road Bridge Project over
Cane Creek – Community Development Department.

B. Consider authorizing submission of Hazardous Materials Emergency
Preparedness (HMEP) grant application – Fire Department.
