Notice is hereby given that the Animal Services Advisory and Appeals Board of the City
of Coppell, Texas, met in the Conference Room of 821 S. Coppell Rd.
Regular Session (Open to the Public)
1. Call To Order
Meeting called to order at 5:33pm
2. Consider approval of the Minutes: August 21, 2018
Motion was made by Jennfer Holmes and seconded by Dr. Reid Garfield to
approve minutes as presented.
3. Update Advisory Board of Animal Services activity.
A. Discussion of Service Contract with Grapevine Animal Services (remodel).
A. Discussion regarding future Memo of Understanding with Grapevine Animal
Services for future plans to house all intake animals for approximately 20-24
months during remodel. Details will follow at later date.
4. Presentation by Tracy Allard on the Volunteer Program.
Discussion regarding Volunteer Program and Vision by Coppell resident Tracy
Allard. Tracy touched on topics such as approval of the Volunteer Program,
Mission Statement and future engagement of Advisory Board as it pertains to
purpose.
5. Gereral Discussion
No new topics at this time.

Notice is hereby given that the Animal Services Advisory and Appeals Board of the City of
Coppell, Texas, will meet in the Conference Room of 821 S. Coppell Rd.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be
convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice
from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items:
