Call To Order 2. Consider approval of the minutes of the March 6, 2014, Board of Adjustment meeting. 3. Public Hearing to consider approval of a variance from the setback requirements for the property located at 265 Magnolia Dr. 4. Public Hearing to consider approval of a special exception from Section 12-31-6 (19) of the City’s Zoning Ordinance that regulates parking requirements based on use.
