ABSENT: Russell Cowdrey, Monica Panda Also present were Mindi Hurley, Director of Community Development; Matt Steer, Development Services Administrator; and Kami McGee, Board Secretary. Notice was given that the F.O.A.R.D. Task Force of the City of Coppell, Texas, met in Regular Called Session at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, at Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment. The purpose of this meeting was to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair, Peggy Quinn, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. Consider approval of the March 9, 2022, FOARD Task Force meeting minutes. A motion was made by Kamesh Subbarao, seconded by Kimberly Grubb, to approve the meeting minutes. The motion passed unanimously, (5-0). 4. Discussion regarding Senior Center meetings. Peggy Quinn and Kimberly Grubb provided an update on the meetings held at the Senior Center. 5. Discussion regarding Housing Survey. The Task Force continued their discussion on the Housing Survey. 6. Presentation of data on senior housing in Coppell. Director, Mindi Hurley, discussed the data collected on the 65 and older exemption for senior housing. 7. Action Plan review. Director, Mindi Hurley, discussed the FOARD Action Plan and gave an update to the board members. 8. Six Questions. The Task Force was presented with Patrick Lencioni's Six Questions to answer as the FOARD Task Force. 9.
