Parkway Boulevard to tour the Coppell Parks. A quorum of the Parks and Recreation Board members may or may not be present. There will be no official action taken by the Parks and Recreation Board at this event. 1. Tour of the Coppell Parks The Board will travel from Town Center at 5:00 pm to tour the Coppell Parks. The public is welcomed to follow in their own vehicles.
