Parkway Boulevard. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items: Regular Session (Open to the Public) 1. Call To Order Chair Paschal called the meeting to order at 6:31 P.M Members Present: Nick Paschal, Maureen Corcoran, Margaret Bryan, Zainab Tinwala, Jeff Roller, Steve Harrison, Avery Fishman, Hazel Newton Staff Present: Jessica Carpenter, Sheri Belmont, Adam Richter, Cecilia Gandara, Lauren Rodriguez, David Ellison, Vanessa Celis 2. Citizens' Appearance 1. Deepak Jayavant- 670 Windsor Rd. Vinay Gudur- 510 Eden St. Coppell, TX 75019 Presented their concerns to the board in regards to the cricket pitch area. 3. Viswanath Chinrala- 767 Wingate Rd. Coppell, TX 75019 Presented their concerns to the board in regards to the cricket pitch area. This agenda item provides an opportunity for citizens to address the Board or Commission on any matter. Anyone wishing to address the Board or Commission should register prior to the start of the meeting. There is a two (2) minute time limit for each citizen to speak, additional time may be granted by the Board or Commission. The Board or Commission is not permitted to take action on any subject raised by a speaker during Citizens' Appearance. 3. Consider approval of minutes: August 5, 2024 Attachments: Minutes A motion was made by Boardmember Roller, seconded by Boardmember Bryan, that this agenda item be approved. The motion was carried by a unanimous vote. 4. Annual update by Coppell Baseball Association Kirk Baldridge gave an update on registration numbers, and activities in regards to the Coppell Youth Baseball Association. 5. Update regarding Master Plan process Brad Moulton and Lauren Rodriguez updated the board on the Master Plan process. 6. Manager's update- David Ellison, Parks Operations Manager David Ellison gave an update on Parks Operations regarding park maintenance, and projects. 7. Youth Advisor's Report Youth Advisor's updated the board with the current projects they are working on. 8. Director’s update regarding events, projects, and departmental developments.
