Through video conferencing, the Board will discuss and vote on items. Only the Board Members and City Staff will be physically present in the Commission Chambers at Coral Gables City Hall. All interested persons may be heard via the Zoom platform used by the Development Services for live remote comments. CASE FILE AB20106404 Referred as 5301 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Coral Gables, FL; located at the northeast corner of Ponce de Leon Boulevard and Merrick Drive; generally described as a parcel of land laying in Tract 6, amended plat, portion of Main Campus University of Miami, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 46 at page 81, of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida (legal description on file). Folio# 03-4130-015-0100. The application requests Preliminary Design review and approval for the construction of a new FPL substation on the Main Campus of the University of Miami. The proposal includes the erection of eight(8) inch pre-cast panels, with light sandblasted finish welded to tapered columns by recessed interior metal plates - panels will have 1/2" recessed landscape motif patterns cast into the concrete (approximately 3978sq ft).
