A motion was made by Board Member Daley, seconded by Vice Chair Lage, that
this matter be approved. The motion passed by the following vote.

The owner has elected to demolish the structure and has applied for all of
the required permits. The owner must obtain the demolition permit within
fifteen days of this order and shall pass Final inspection no later than thirty
days from this order.

this matter be approved. The motion passed by the following vote.

Agreed order submitted to the Board by Alexander Palenzuela, Esq., states
a completed Recertification Report must be provided within thirty days of
the order or case will return to the Board. The Board, based on the
information provided on the previously submitted Recertification Report
outlining deficiencies and the Fire Annual Inspection outstanding items, has
denied the approval of the Agreed order. Furthermore, the Board directed
City Staff to perform emergency Fire, Electrical and Structural inspections.

ADJOURNMENT
NOTE
Any person who acts as a lobbyist pursuant to the City of Coral Gables Ordinance No .
2006-11, must register with the City Clerk, prior to engaging in lobbying activities before
city staff, boards, committees and/or the City Commission. A copy of the Ordinance is
available in the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall.
Any person, or persons, wishing to appeal any decision made by the Construction
Regulation Board with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing, will
require a verbatim record of the proceeding upon which the appeal is based. Interested
persons should, therefore, take the necessary steps to ensure that a verbatim record of
the proceedings is made which contains the testimony and evidence upon which the
appeal is based.
Any person making impertinent or slanderous remarks or who become boisterous while
addressing the Board, shall be barred from further audience before the Board by the
Chair, unless permission to continue or again address the Board is granted by the
majority vote of the Board Members present. Clapping, applauding, heckling or verbal
outbursts or any remarks in support or opposition to a speaker shall be prohibited .
Signs or placards shall not be permitted in Commission Chambers.
Any person requiring special accommodations for participation in the meeting should
contact Ernesto Pino, Assistant Public Works Director, at 305-460-5004, with requests
for auxiliary aids or services at least one business day before the meeting.
