Arevalo, that this matter be approved. The motion passed by the following vote.

the owner shall pay a daily fine of $250 for each day the violation continues.

Electrical Official and/or Electrical Inspectors are to inspect the structure for
life safety violations. The matter is to be referred to the Code Enforcement
Division due to work starting prior to permit submittal and issuance. The

owner shall provide update of the structure's deficiencies at the March 13,
2017 hearing.
